We asked ourselves: what would happen if we married the vibrancy of Southeast Queensland’s food scene with cutting-edge digital tools? The answer: the SEQ Food Trails Website.

This project, commissioned by 13 regional councils, aimed to promote local businesses and inspire food enthusiasts to explore the region through personalised culinary adventures. Our team was tasked with creating a digital platform that didn’t just showcase the region but made it interactive, accessible, and deeply engaging.

The challenge? Designing a platform that could cater to individual tastes, whether it’s vegan-friendly options, kid-approved stops, or hidden gems for adventurous palates.

Why this campaign worked

By blending smart design with user-led discovery, the SEQ Food Trails platform transformed how visitors explore Southeast Queensland – making local food experiences personal, interactive, and easy to access.

Custom filters allowed users to build their own trail based on dietary needs, group type, and interests.
